Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Checkout shows the shipping cost before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

If we can't ship your order in time to meet that estimate, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking link. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

Your address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can't always change an address once an order has shipped, but we'll help where we can.

Late, lost or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 4 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email us. See our Refund policy for what happens next.
